  • Operations

NetPlux can efficiently handle any and all operations work necessary to receive and deliver your gas. Our operations personnel are trained on several pipelines and local distribution companies and have established working relationships with all of them. Operations include scheduling and daily balancing of supply receipts and deliveries.

NetPlux is connected to several pipeline electronic bulletin boards, which provide up-to-date information about the status of proposed rate changes as well as operational conditions. Our personnel can assess the likelihood of operational flow orders and notify customers immediately when orders are issued. System receipt and delivery balances, as well as storage levels, are also important variables used in evaluating customer options.

  • Producer Services

 NetPlux uses its extensive market knowledge and relationships to ensure a fair and equitable price for its producer clients.  NetPlux services include expert advice on distribution connection options, risk management, pricing and hedging options.

  • Procurement

Through numerous commodity and transportation pricing options, NetPlux provides bundled service solutions to our customers. NetPlux personnel assist in creating individualized purchase strategies by working with our customers to identify overall objectives and to select the best option that meets each customer’s individual risk profile

When a customer calls, NetPlux provides the most up-to-date pricing information for all petroleum products on which it operates. The data NetPlux provides is the most reliable commodity information available in the industry and allows NetPlux to respond to pricing requests and execute customer orders promptly.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

NetPlux Oil Business Development group explores strategic opportunities to serve new and existing clients requiring petroleum-based products and logistics services.

 

NetPlux Business Development group explores opportunities to provide products and services in markets or regions where NetPlux Oil is both active and where the team could add value into new areas or regions of the petroleum industry.  Historically, NetPlux Oil has considered many opportunities which have resulted in partnerships, joint ventures, and acquisition arrangements. Our strategy is to develop an overall enterprise in which both parties have a stake in the benefits, as well as the risks, from a mutually shared vision.

We look for business models which will afford sustained and consistent returns on capital employed. We welcome opportunities to collaborate with like-minded business partners to develop and grow new operations or projects while providing first class service to new and existing customers.

NetPlux Business Development Group also seeks to make strategic investments in wholesale commodity marketing, transportation & logistics businesses. Additionally, we explore investments in energy-related infrastructure that are accretive to NetPlux Oil’s existing operations.

NETPLUX PETROLEUM PRODUCTS

 

  • GASOLINE BLENDING

Even in today’s ever changing and developing times, Gasoline remains the fuel that drives most of the world’s car fleet. NetPlux gasoline strives to help create value and solve problems for our customers using our logistics, trading, and blending ability. We work with a wide range of global customers and suppliers ranging from state-owned oil companies, refiners, and distributors.

 

Our relationships uniquely position us to buy, sell, store and blend gasoline and gasoline components to meet all our customers’ unique needs.

 

  • REFINED PRODUCTS

NetPlux’s Refined Products Department trades refined products with refiners, traders, distributors, and end-users, including gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel, liquid petroleum gases, asphalt, UREA – 46%, Naphtha and asphalt products. We provide innovative solutions to complex problems using both physical and financial markets. Our long-term relationships with different market participants give us the leverage to create value for our customers, as we strive to meet and exceed their expectations in every way possible.

 

  • FINANCE

The Credit Department at NetPlux manages the financial aspects of all transactions. Our team is knowledgeable and energetic, with the resources and experience to respond quickly to your needs.

We maintain long-standing relationships with several major banks, and actively interface with your financial contacts for optimal speed and efficiency. When necessary, our banks can provide Letters of Credit within a few hours. This rapid responsiveness can often be the deciding factor in whether or not transactions can be completed in today’s fast-paced market.

The Legal Department manages the legal matters for NetPlux, its subsidiaries, and NetPlux Exploration & Production Co. These activities include contract negotiation and review, as well as supporting the legal needs of all business units and departments, to better serve our customers and business partners on a timely basis.

  • LNG & LPG

Our Natural Gas Liquids department works with producers and consumers to create a market, and then ensure that the requirements of our customers are being met on a daily basis. We take title to the products we purchase and arrange the distribution and transportation to the purchaser.
